Audible Review – The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

If you’re looking for a good way to spend your free time, a subscription to Audible could be the elixir of choice. For a modest monthly fee you can get your hands on some of the best reads around. While you’re at it, you might as well check out their selection of podcasts, or listen to their library of free audio books. You’ll also have access to a whole host of other entertainment options from live music to TV shows and movies. The best part is that they’re all about as cheap as the average Joe is willing to spend. It’s hard to beat that.

Audible doesn’t exactly reinvent the wheel, but they have a large enough selection to keep you busy for hours on end. That’s no small feat when you consider that a large portion of the population is on the go. This is a good thing because you can bet your bottom dollar that their offerings are top-notch. Considering their pricing, you can pick up one of their popular e-books in about as little time as it takes to finish a burger.

Having said that, there’s no denying that the Audible experience isn’t for everyone. For most, it’s an enlightening experience that can be made to feel like an extension of your own psyche.
